I just got clown fish (: Buts got food questions

Are Percula Clownfish Good? because i want to make sure if they are the right clownfish before i buy a 'Anemone' Because Ocellaris/false percula's can get the same thing as i see as on this website

Either type of clownfish will host pacific anemones like bubble tip, long tentacle, ect. Aquatics mostly carries occelaris clownfish. Neither are good or bad, just different species. But if you do get an anemone please dont get it from Aquatics Unlimited! Please! lol That LFS has screwed me royally and I know they would do it to anyone else they could make a buck off of.

 

It is hit or miss with Anemones hosting clowns lol. Every clown is different. Some choose corals as their host as well lol.

lol yea me and my cuz spent 2 hours at the store making sure that the 2 clown fish were healthy so we watch them for half an hour and we didn't realize anything! and i'm not i'm gonna be buying it off the internet <3 when i buy one <33333

 

Ahhh. I could have gotten you captive bred clowns for 10 bucks a piece... Thats exactly why I hate Aquatics. Sub par fish for way too much. Im guessing you spent around 65 bucks on that pair of clowns right?

 

honestly i have tried to host 2 pair of clown and with anenomes and it never worked i had them in the same tank for over a year and nothing its super hard to do bc the anemome and the clown have to like the same area in the tank and the clown has to make THE MOVE lol

I have bought 2 clowns off the internet, but I got to see a video of them before purchasing them.

 

Yea it i spent 65.00 dollars but i had instore correct with them

 

And is it safe to order stuff over the internet for fish?? i never try it so its gonna be my frist time when i order my clowns new home well hpefully... and i feel lik eim annonying u guys so if i am just tell me to shut up plz heheh
