Here is a small video of my flow right now. I put in a Nano and pointed it to the SPS but lower than what the SPS is. Is this bad for the SPS? Also I have them very high in the tank. The highest I can have them. This will be perfect for the acropora right? The LFS had them under two MH 150w with 4 T-5 HO bulbs.

Here are some pictures of the SPS! If I could get IDs on them I would really appreciate it! The purple small acro. was $10 and the bigger green acro. was $25. I drip acclimated them for an hour poured out half the water and then dripped again for 30 minutes.

Green Acropora: It's polyps came out after about 15 minutes once put into the tank. Is this a good sign or happens normally?

Purple Acropora: I didn't see any polyp extension at the LFS but was told some acroporas do not have large polyp extension?

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    Nice additions.

The first one kinda looks like a slimer. Very cool.

Some acropora have good polyp extension, some minimal, and some only at night or when feeding.

The flow looks good, better to have a little too much than too little when it comes to sps. It's a koralia nano so I do not think you are going to have too much flow. I run a koralia 4 and 3 on a 28 gal.

Placement is good, they will need high flow so again your placement is good. Avoid direct flow from up close.

The first one is either Acropora millepora of Acropora prostrata. I can't help on the second put it looks like it is mounted on an ORA plug. I would go to their site and see if you can find it there.

Thank you very much. Yeah it is ORA and my LFS drilled a rock specifically so their plugs could fit in the rock! I'll look into and post here when I think I have an ID. Is a Green Slimer Milepora or Prostrata?

Oh dang! That's a lot of flow! Thanks for the help.

    Nice SPS frags Claic

you seem to have good water movement in that area, judging by the decent ripple on water surface
