Nah, I have the same phone as you. I'm just too cheap to pay for the Tapatalk app

 

Holy cow it is only $2.99 Get the old man to sell a frag to pay for it.

 

To be honest, I'm not really sure what the benefit is of that app. I seem to be able to surf the forums just fine without it. Why do you (and obviously many others) like it so much?

 

I mean, besides the rad feature that adds that extra line of text after your post that lets everybody know that you're surfing the net on your super cool phone that's better than theirs.

 

Tapatalk Pro allows you to post and the free one does not. Plus it does a lot of other things. The phone puts the signature there...

 

I just surf the forums on my ipod as if I was on a PC. I can't see buying the app, when it isn't really needed.

 

But if you can post w/o the app, like I can, what's the advantage to having it at all? Does it make it easier to scroll through the forum pages or something?

I've read that you can turn the signature option off. Is that true?

 

I just loaded it yesterday so I am still playing with it. The free app I had would not let you post in any forums. It's seems to have a lot more icons but didn't mess much with the other one to see the difference. Just want to be able to post from phone.

Are you posting from a Tapatalk app or just from your browser??? Tapatalk will load way faster then looking at it as a web page.

 

Right now I'm posting from my desktop at work but I do post from my phone's browser often when I'm at home. I can't say that I notice it being any slower than when I'm posting from a PC.
