    just got the coral, but i feed the fish brine shrimp part of the time, so i should feed the coral at night?

    Like I said, it might not eat the first night so patience will be required. But you'll get it there.

    Like inwall said wait about an hour after the lights go out and (gently) try. Some corals open up their tentacles fully when lights go out.

    sometimes ifu wave the food alittle above the coral it ll send the feeding tentacles out to grab it
