I made a canopy!

    Inspired by this guy, I built a canopy for my 29 gallon. It ain't perfect, but considering it's my first attempt at woodworking (unless you count the couple of times I dabbled in privacy fence construction) I think it turned out pretty good! I'll be painting it tomorrow and lighting it up this weekend! I was going to make two cabinet doors for the front but I wimped out at the last minute...I think I like it better this way though.

    Hey, thanks for checking it out guys. It was a lot of fun to build.

    Agreed 100%! Cheaper, too! ;D

    My plan is to build a similar design for my 55 gallon in my office, using oak ply/trim to skin it rather than pine.
