I need a electrition for a DIY idea

    I went to home depo today and checked out some parts. They do have a number of different types of electric ball valves. But they don't have anything that would allow them to open and close as often as I would want. So I would need some kind of controller I could hard wire them to something that would turn the power on and off. Maybe I could hard wire it to a dc plug then plug it into a wave machine. wave machines work by turning the power on and off to the power heads. So in theory it could work. What do you guys think?

    Foster and Smith has a flow rotating deflector, that is pretty reasonable. Look under wave makers.
