    Hello
I have a 55gallon salt tank that I set up at X mas and I don't know what I am doing wrong I set everything up put in some live rock and nothing is happening it looks great but the nitrogen cycle has not started and its been like 2 weeks could this be because of the multi-purpose BIO-support liquid that the aquarium store told me to put in there or have I really messed up something

Help please its my first salt tank and I really want it to go well

    Welcome to 3reef.

I don't think you have messed anything up. Put a piece of table shrimp in the tank to make sure your cycle starts.

+1 for the table shrimp, you need an ammonia source in order to kick start the nitrogen cycle

If you have live sand put the shrimp in it helps get the bacteria in the sand going also
