Then I would just wait it out. adding chems to tank will only make it worse IMO. Take it slow real slow. Also where you get fish from may be a problem also. I have noticed that getting fish from diffrent stores have diffrent results. good luck

Yeah I just dont get it. I am going to wait until I get my sump going and add the extra water volume to the tank and get a good refugium going.

This last fish seemed to be doing fine, I left for a day to come back and the Ich had started on his tail. I am just going to feed Garlic and hope for the best.

Here is a pic of my tank as is.

    Edit:

I get my fish from a well known LFS here. All of the fish I get I watch for at least a week before I buy them to make sure they made the trip to the store ok and I am not just buying "lemons".

Well, the first thing I see is it doesn't look like you have many hiding places (hard to tell from pic). The rock work looks flat, not built up, to provide adequate nooks, crannies and caves. Also, for now, since we want to save the Coral Beauty, buy some Marine-Max. It is all natural bacteria and enzymes to boost the fishes immune system. I use it and many others and it is a great product.

+1, right there says it all. What does the fish store look like? i.e. health wise with fish and corals alike. Do you know anything about there water quality? I know one LFS here uses tap water(that's right, TAP water!!) for all of their tanks, fish only and reef tanks, and people are constantly having problems with their livestock dying.

I am using 260w PC lights,

The LFS uses NSW in thier tanks. Thier tanks look good, they did tell me that they keep the Fish tanks at 1.018 SG to keep ich from being able to breed in thier tanks.

for real the SAME thing happened to me when i first started my tank. i waited a month b4 putting anything new in and SOB i got ich again and the fish died... THEN I WAITED 3 MONTHS w just the original fish in there (they never get sick) treated the tank w rid ich and rally reef (reef safe stuff) and havent had a fatality since (other than a powder blue that was a nightmare from day one).

    good luck
