I have been using the normal Instant Ocean salt ever since I started in this hobby and after seeing my Ca be 360 everytime I do a water change and my pH drop slowly I have decided the switch over to Seachem Reef Salt.

My question is how should I go about doing this? If I do weekly 4 gallon water changes am I supposed to just mix in one gallon mix of the Seachem salt and them slowly add in more and more?

    Thanks.

Just mix your saltwater like normal for your water change. It will take several water changes to fully change out the salt, but your levels should show almost immediately.

I have been sampling new brands for a while. I have had the best experience with Oceanic and Coralife. Just mix and go.
