hey there guys, newbie here, what are maxi minis and why are they not good to get as you said it was a newbie mistake to buy... :banghead:

 

maxi minis are anemones and the op wants to get rid of it because the fish they are getting has a chance of getting eaten by them because it is a fish that sticks to the rock work.

 

oooooo ok. what kinda creatures are we talking about if you don't mind me asking.

 

I am getting a Target Mandarin she'll be tiny and captive bread. Totally ignorant to the dangers of the Maxi Mini's and I don't want to take the chance of her getting caught/eaten by them.
Maxi Mini's have a great sting to them! Also in a nano tank they ain't so mini. Hence the newbie mistake. They don't give fish much room to steer clear of them.
