    i need help fast .i left for 2 hours today and when i got home a rock that was standing fell over.. its been in that spot since i set up the tank... my candy cane coral fell with it landing on the heater.... its only a doubleheaded coral but still... only one head was damaged and need to know what i have to do to help it out.. its not even opening up ....big brown burn mark with dark slime.

    Put the rocks back and set the coral where it was nothing much more to do these corals are not as delicate as one would have you to think ! Think about how they get broken and washed around on the oceans floors :) its a harder environment in the ocean then it is in a fish tank. If heater came on ? a few heads may be effected and maybe not ?

    2 heads only one was burned since i moved the rock and put the coral piece in a higher place.. i din't know if there is something i should do ... i have a bottle of KENT MARINE concentrated iodine and eachem reef calcium..i did acap full of each.. some medication better then none right..suppliments not meds.. hope it helps

    After the lights go out, I would try to feed it some small brine too. I agree with Tangster, put it back in place and keep your water quality as good as possible. Best of luck

    i would just let nature take its course. if you try to doctor it, it may hurt it more. I am with tangster on this just let it be.

    Make sure you're also keeping track of your iodine and calcium levels. Don't want to be overdosing.
