Sounds like my kinda reefer ! ;)

I can go for a couple of weeks on ramen and water as well. To get the good stuff that is .:) Heck I just might switch to Keystone and stay away from the Sierra Nevada for a month to save up enough for one of those !

Hey luna, i bought it from saltycritter.com He doesnt have it listed on his site but has them. I only buy from them, awesome store...healthy animals and Dan wont even carry skimmers that dont skim and lights that arent quality. He and his staff also will talk u out of livestock and equipment they think wont suit your needs. Ill try to get some close ups, ive been working on a 375 gallon tank at a friends house after work so im pressed for time lately. Thanks for the comments, smittycoco...fixture is well worth starving for. lol :)

Nice setup! You have your vortech exactly where I have mine. It's a great pump. Nice job on the halide/T5 combo. You like it blue, huh?

I think when my 10000K are spent, I'm going to go with 14's and see how I like it.

You hit it on the head when you said you get what you pay for. Ain't it the truth!! Karma to ya for spreading the word!!

    Maristar

Is the Maristar and Aqua Medic both made by Sunlight Supply? THe Aqua Medic is a economy fixture I am assuming. I have a 2 150 wattHQI Current Sunpod fixture which is a economy based HQI fixture. I would love to have t5 actinics along with the MH bulbs. I do have 2 14,000K Phoenix bulbs which cast probably the nicest blue I have seen yet in bulbs. I have not seen many of the German bulbs though.

adam, i do not believe aqua medic has anything to do with sunlight supply.
Reefsparky, the 20k ushio bulbs arent the typical blue color most assume when talking about 20k halide bulbs. My picture is more blue on here than is actually appears in person. When my bulbs are time for replacement i wouldnt change em for anything, ive finally hit the nail on the head when it comes to lighting coloration.
