This is what I was thinking. Some tangs if gotten smaller can be housed in smaller tanks, yellow tangs, purple, kole etc. but the Naso tangs get very large, very quickly. I know you just bought it, but you may want to consider returning it if you can, or sell it to somebody with a larger tank.

 

Yes, this felt like a bucket of freezing cold water dumped on me on a very hot summer day. I know better than to buy out of LFS salesman recommendations. What got me was that besides being offered to me as a "small fish" the wife chose it and with that choice she also got involved for the 2nd time with stocking the tank.

I'm sure I'll have to return it. Maybe I'll get whatever store credit and get something else. I'm just tired of tiny fishes that spend all the time hiding instead of swimming around the whole tank like these two newcomers.

Should have gotten the Anthias
