Not to be a wet blanket but what you two said wouldn't be what's been talked about it would mean you don't know your colors lol. It would be something that is widely accepted as blue looking different to two different people but would be impossible to express the difference by said two people. In other words what two say is blue could actually be perceived by both people differently.

I really get the poin, been there talked about it many times. I also have a brother and a signalman friend from the navy that are color blind but you wouldn't know. Why? Because the same way we came to understand that the colors that our parents and teachers pointed was what ever color they said it was.

Now, I said this. What about if all this time we were wrong with the colors and blues is actually green and green is blue? We wouldn't know. Why? Because that's what it was engraved in our head.

Just like Pluto in not a planet, my zodiac is not Leo anymore, christmas is no longer Christmas and the pledge of alligance is not in our schools anymore.

I work as an inspectors and need to understand how our eyes see the "waves" in order to do my job.

HAHA, I just had to comment on this, although it was 4 pages back.....
Most Subs dont really have that many guns, it's not like you have to worry about a lot of enemies jumping onto your ship at 1000 feet under water. They focus on missiles and torps for the most part. Just sayin' is all. ;D

This is an interesting read for sure. Interestingly enough though, we all can agree on one thing. My hippo tang is definitely blue, and my clown is definitely orange, I dont care what color you see it as.....
