Yeah, that's what it's my "dream wrasse" no way I'll ever be able to afford that.

I have a red coris wrasse that's starting to change into its adult colors, it's amazing. Very cool fish

FYI, that is the extreme high end for Cirrhilabrus laboutei. I bought mine off of DD for $150. I have seen them at my LFS for even less. Here are a couple pics of it:

Keep in mind they have a reputation of being aggressive with other Fairy Wrasses. That has not been the case with mine. My C. bathyphilus and it will take turns chasing each other every once and a while, but that is it, Been a great fish for me.

Try finding a small male or female, cheaper, and they ship better.

Agreed. I always prefer to buy small females/juveniles. As mentioned they ship better and are less expensive, plus you will have them longer (when you buy a terminal male, you don't know how old it is and Fairy Wrasses do not have a terribly long lifespan), and I find acclimating them into a tank with other Wrasses is easier. Existing males do not see the young juveniles as threats, and so they are left alone. Of course you should always use an acclimation box for any new Wrasses, but this certainly helps.

I think Brian could cut you a better deal, Matt. I bought a Cebu Pylei wrasse from him. DD sold one for $130, I paid $30. Another awesome fairy btw.
