I have ordered from Blue Zoo before with no issues. Our local club has group buys from time to time through them and we have never had any issues with refunds for DOAs.

Here's an idea, you said they are 40 minutes away? can't you just go there on saturday? by then you should have your credit and you wont have to worry about shipping again. the $15 you were going to spend for sat. delivery could go in you gas tank, and you could see the fish before you buy it. Just an idea I had, don't know if its doable or not

 

I go to Fosters and Smith to get local stuff to avoid shipping fees. Granted, it is a few hours away, but only a half hour from my cottage. That does not help when the items come from California though

 

ok so you think if i just call them they will be able to refund me earlier than they stated?
