    makes me regret from not ordering from LiveA i trust them 100% and took a risk of ordering from BZA but i figured since their so close i wouldnt have any issues

    If he seemed packaged fine, it's probably not the store's fault.

    I usually acclimate for about 1 1/2-2hours just incase. Longer if its something more delicate. That's just the way I do it.
    I think if he is alive and that stressed, a slower acclimation (like drip) would be better and less stressful

    ok, this is going to be like the longest acclimation ive ever done, its already been an hour with no signs of improvement

    Well, it should be pretty easy to tell if it's dead or alive. Loss of coloration. Cloudy eyes. It doesn't smell right. I never acclimate more than 20-ish minutes. Coral included.

    ok ill acclimate him for another hour if nothings happens i dont know what else to do

    Mission has a good point, how does the fish smell? Are the eyes cloudy?

    yea no smell color looks great eyes are nice and black, looks perfectly healthy just itsint moving or breathing, i usually do a quick 30 minutes accimation myself even when i had my firefish shipped and everything turned out great but now im dealing with a fish that isint moving

    I've ordered from BZA before and was happy but some times these things just happen. Sorry to hear about this story though.
