    I think I'm just about done with my Kenya tree. I am happy its thriving and budding like crazy, but I just can't stand the new buds taking over every nook and cranny in my rock. And I just cant keep up with the removal. UGH !!

    Any suggestions other than just getting rid of it.

    It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    Manual removal and as low a nutrient system as you can go.

    I also move my piece of Hydnophora next to it and the Hydnophora usually kills it within a week.

    YES! U had the same problem as me! I tried pretty much everything and the last resort was take it out. Save ur self a ton of trouble and just skip all that other crap take it out!!! I am saving u a ton of time, stress, and trouble. Take it out and chunk it! :D

    get some small live rock pieces, let it grow on those, and sell them off on craigslist.

    I tried craigslist, ebay, even my lfs and they wouldnt even take it! If u can find someone that will buy it from u that would be a steal!

    i don't have any suggestions but i feel your pain. my LFS will rarely take them either. Every once in a while i will give him a good deal on a frag of something else if he will take some kenya trees off my hands.
