    Ok I have made a decision. I want a sexy shrimp but would love some advice from others? Would it be safe to add one or 2 to my tank with my inhabitants and hitchhiker pistol?

    They are pretty quick. I have 6 currently (i wouldnt go for less than 3) and they are all fine in a 14g with a Randall's pistol (so far).

    I would see no problem as long as you have some zoos and other softies they can host.

    I have a couple in my 75g reef. They are very interesting and do better in groups like MDeth stated. They can be shy but will eventually come out and they eat just about any thing. They are short lived, about 2 years. They dont bother anything and will set up residence in a fleshy coral. They should do fine in your tank with the other shrimp and will probably live in your Frog Spawn as do mine.
