    I would say you're probably set for a 10 gallon frag tank with the equipment you listed.
    I'm eventually going to do the same thing. I plan on heavy skimming and weekly water changes will be more than enough for water quality. A pair of Korila *sp Nano's and a controller for flow and it'll be good to go.

    Do you think a t5 HO 2x24 watt light fixture will be sufficient light?

    That light should be plenty sufficient for softies and maybe some LPS. What do you plan on fragging?
