Out of like 40 pics only 3 look decent

The exposure button did clear it up a little. I still loose a lot of color though the RIC is a lot more orange and the zoos the green is a lot more striking than the camera shows.

To be honest, id be happy if the pics show up that much. What is the white balance set to? 3 out of 40 is not bad at all either. The zoa pic is my favorite and amazing.

Yeah, white balance! If you need any help with that, here is what I posted the other day on a different thread about white balance. It might not be so much relevant, but you get the idea :)

If I got 3 out of 40, I'd be absolutely ecstatic! I took about 400 today (got my Canon T3i Rebel yesterday), and 10-12 are good.

The exposure helped a lot! and the tripod. I set it up on a 5 sec timer put the exposure to -2.7 and those were the best shots I got.

These are great shots, and I like the blue pics, I can't get anything but black with ours. I like the fact that it shows blue, but you're getting that pop...just like looking at it in real life.

Is that first coral a fox coral? I just saw a pic of one for the first time a month or so ago, and I want one now LOL.

yeah its a fox coral there was this local pet shop that started carrying corals it was 45 bucks! their fish tanks looked HORRIBLE the kid said avoid the fish but the corals he took care of. I took it because it was not aggressive and looked pretty when it is fully extended. make sure the flow is very low it shrinks with moderate and hides completely with high flow.
