Ich, but more like zits?!!

At first, I thought it was some ich, but it seems more like zits in appearance. I thought it was a case of lymphocytosis as well, but it seems to have spread to the other fish now. I have them all in my quarantine tank dosing with Rid-Ich, but it doesn't seem to go away. Should I go copper (clown, tang, and angel)?

I have no idea what that is but you should not use copper with Angel fish.

Look into formalin dips and hyposalinity.

Mr. Saltwater guy just came out with a book specific to SW fish disease.

I don't think it is flukes since i tried an application of Prazipro to no avail.
