It wouldn't hurt trying Ich Attack along with garlic. I use Kent's Garlic Extract myself. Do you guys carry Selcon, Boyd Vita-Chem or Brightwell Aquatics AminOmega? Those are all good HUFA supplemental food soaks that work well with garlic

Unfortunately, I know more about fish than my managers do. :(

Thank you for your kindness though. I'm going to treat the fish and tanks as best as I can and keep you guys posted on the outcome.
I'm hoping my effort pays off and I can save all the fish!

Unfortunately we don't carry any of those products..
But we did get new Instant Ocean products that maybe are similar to those. It's a whole bunch of new food supplements, chips, dried seaweed by Instant Ocean.

Sorry to hear about your situation. We went through a ick attack about 3 weeks ago and we set up a qt tank for Sammy (blue hippo tang). WE raised the heater up since this is one of the options we heard worked really good but after a day the ick was all over SAMMY and my wife panicked and gave it some medications which the next morning we found SAMMY dead. We were so upset and then we noticed that 1 of our clownfish had the ick to so we decided to do a natural way of killing the ick. We actually lowered the salinity to a range of 1.013 - 1.010 to kill off this nasty parasite. It has been 3 weeks and my fish are looking great, no more ick. The article said to keep it at this range for about 6 weeks so we have 3 more weeks left and we will bring it back up to its normal parameters. I through the medication out and will stick to this method if it ever happens again. Now my 2 clownfish, yellow tang, and snowflake eel are out of harms way. I wish you the best.

Aww, I am so sorry to here that :( Thank you for your wishes though!

But actually I heard that raising the temperature will only make the Ich cycle go quicker, as in spread rapidly on the fish, come out and lay their eggs in the substrate, and then hatch to infest fish again.
Lowering the salinity will likely help kill it off since it's a pretty rapid environment change. Heck, I've been freshwater dipping the Coral Angel (which is the one showing signs of Ich), and the Ich is actually popping up. My guess is that they are freaking out because of the big change.

I've been doing this since yesterday and it's working pretty well. There are no more signs of Ich on the Angel, but I am still going to keep treating the water with Ick Attack for the next month, since this medication only kills the eggs of Ich.

    Oh Ich, you suckkk.

Anyways, good luck with you too! I hope some of this also helps you with further Ich problems. :)

Also, does anyone know of any fish or invertebrate that eat parasites?
I know Cleaner Shrimp do, and I was going to order some so that maybe they can help out, but unfortunately they can't send us any at the moment :(

But I also heard that Gobys are also cleaners? I ordered some to see if they would make a difference, but I'm not sure of what they will really do.
