ICH on my Coral Beauty????

Hi all.

The last two days Ive realized there has been these three white dots on the back of my coral beauty's fin. The fish seems to be healthy she eats with no problem and never hides. I have a 55 gallon tank with 1 -G.S. Maroon clown,1- royal gamma, 1- clown goby, 2- red firefish, 1- skunk cleaner and 1- fire shrimp. Everyone is healthy. I also have 3 mushsroom frags my tank is about 3 months and a half months old. All of my levels are good. If it is Ich what is the best cure for it? What brand or product? I would like to kill it at this early stage before it spreads....

Hi Adam,
Is the fish scratching itself or rocks in the tank?
I wouldn't do anything drastic as yet.
Do a water change and use garlic as food supplement. Kent Garlic Extreme is a good one. Also add vitamins to the diet.

Then it may or may not be ICH. Monitor the fish for a while don't add any medication as yet but try to get the vitamin and garlic supplement to help boost the fishes' immune system.
