Ich, Parasite, or something else ?

So, my b&w clown has this single raised white spot on him. It hasn't really grown or changed at all. He's still eating normal and swimming just fine. The spot is about as tall as it is wide. What do you guys think this is and how should I go about treating it? I've never had ich or any other parasites in my tank before.
The first pic you can see where it's located and the second one you can see how it's raised.

 

i haven't had ich in my tank either, but it does look like it is ich. maybe someone with more experience can help

Looks like a parisite to me. That is a pretty large spot for it to be ich IMO. I would make sure you feed food soaked in Garlic, and maybe a Vitamin supplment like Zoe. keep it healthy and it will fight it off.

 

Ok, here's another observation of the spot. Don't know if this will help or not but at night when all of the lights are out, the spot turns clear and you can't really see it anymore.

 

no not ich my perc has a mole looking thing by its gill so its just the stripe deformed

 

Might be ick, if you can get a closer look, at it... I know if its cotton like bump its a fungal/cancer like thing.... I forget what its called, sorry.
