My clown has ICH. Fairly annoying. Its not too bad yet though... I feel I caught it early because its just on the mouth area. I have three other fish in the tank; a smaller clown, and two chromis in a 20 gallon tank. Any suggestions on how I should approach this problem? I plan on doing water changes every day for a week, but I was thinking of just putting the clown in a quarintine tank which I could set-up in a hurry. None of the other fish appear to be infected.

    experienced help would be appreciated!

I went with the hypo salinity method when i had it and trust me i never want it again so quarantine is a must from then on. It worked great btw full recovery and healthy as can be now.

Most likely the ICH is in the DT. I'd QT all 3 fish if possible. Allowing the DT to fallow will starve out any ICH parasites.
