Ok, I have never had this problem before so don't be too upset with my questions.

I now have 4 fish in my bc 29 hqi. Two false pers, fire fish, and a small flasher wrasse. I notice everyone gets white cysts all over their body. It takes the whole day and by the end of the day they are covered. In the morning theynare all gone. Is this normal? The fish never seem to show any signs of stress or pain. They act completely normal. So should I worry? Will they fight it off on their own?

Hmmm... Not sure what you're seeing, but SW ich is a parasite that doesn't just disappear. Can you get a pic?

Looks just like this on all of my fish. It's just gone in the morning.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Yes this is normal symptoms of marine ich. The visual stage when it's on the fish can last a couple days up to a week or more. The parasite then falls off into the substrate to complete it's life cycle, and then repeats over and over.

Fish will develop some resistance over time, but only if there is no stress. Something is causing your fish to be symptomatic (the visual signs of ich) which also means their gills are involved in the disease process.

A cleaner shrimp will only provide some relief, they are not a treatment for ich.

Do you have temperature fluctuations between night and day?

I am going to assume your parameters are in line, no bullying is going on?

No fluctuations in temp, at least not large ones. I. Don't know what they could be stressed about. There is no bullying. Everyone gets along great. I did recently add the flasher wrasse so maybe they all got stressed then but that was a while ago. Should I interfere or should I let them get better on their own? They still seem healthy and unaffected.

Feed products high in HUFA, or garlic or Selcon. Typically the first ones to show the stress from marine ich are going to be the clownfish (tangs but you do not have any thank god). I imagine the new introduction probably slightly upset the balance and allowed the ich to become symptomatic. At this point I would feed those items listed above.

I don't have selcon or garlic. Can I soak their food in a cut up clove? I have been feeding the tank a lot lately so for the past few days they have been getting cyclophosphamide-eze (omg with, that was auto correct) cyclop-eze, raw shrimp, and some pellets. Should this be ok?

Yes that will do if you can not get any Selcon or HUFA. Should they become more symptomatic though you should look into getting those products. As long as they are eating well that is a good sign.

Usually when they become worse the first thing they do is stop eating.

With any luck it should start subside, but will always be present waiting to rear it's ugly head should the tank, or fish experience any stress. I would not add anymore fish to the system.

Yeah I'm done with fish. They all eat like pigs. Sometimes it looks like the clowns are gunna pop. Thanks
