    I don't know if it is safe for corals & inverts but I an currently treating my 110 tank with Kick-Ick. It has gotten rid of all the spots and did not hard my 4 crabs and any of my corals in the tank. I'm doing a second round of treatment just to be safe but so far so good.

    It is reef safe, but I'd still do a WC after a week.
