i decided to see if i could see if i could figure this problem out for you, so i set my pc iTunes up today and it is communicating with the iTunes on mac computer.

ALSO check this and see if its on.... go into iTunes and in the top bar on your screen click advanced. scroll down to home sharing...make sure that home sharing is on. do it on all computers.
also make sure the wifi is set up on your phone and on. from what i have read. the iCloud feature is using your internet to communicate.

wish i could be of more help, i know how frustrating computer issues can be. the more advanced computers get the more frustrating it is when they don't work :(

apparently the iPhone just syncs automatically when plugged into a power source ...so i was wrong about that it has to be done that way, i seen the manual setting in the phone. anyway here is what i was thinking my computers are seeing each other when they are both on. but neither one sees my phone. if i plug my phone in to either computer, it syncs and shares the info.
since the iCloud needs the internet to connect and get into your computer. you may have to put a rule (gateway pathway what ever its called) LOL into your router to allow your phone to access the computer wirelessly.
as i had to do with my apex.

my thoughts are....since my phone is saying the computers not available. I'm thinking you may have to go into the router and allow the phones addy to access the computers addy. since you don't want to open up access to all into your computer. whats your thoughts? did you get yours working? mine works when i plug in so I'm not to bothered by it.

hey my iCloud back up is working wirelessly though :) I'm read on the net a lot of people are having this same issue with the iTunes not seeing the iPhone. i figure in time apple will have how to get it working on their web site.

not sure why your computers aren't sharing though. most that had that problem said it was resolved after deleting iTunes out of the computer that down loading it again. those people though had older versions of iTunes that were not updating the iTunes right. I'm guessing you just put it into your computers.

well how do you like your new phone? have you put some apps in it yet?
