looks to be some kind of bristleworm, some people are very hesitant about them being reef safe, but some people say they are a very essential part of a good clean up crew, really up to you to take your chances.. that picture is not very clear though as i don't think many people who really be able to identify exactly what it is
i personally don't like bristleworms in my tank, but i know a lot of other people do, let's leave it to some others to chime in here

Yeah I just googled bristleworm, and there alot of similar pictures. So its probabaly that.
Any chance my little hermits will kill it? How do i get rid of it myself if they dont?

i can see why you think it's featherdusters but i think the top part of that orange thing sticking out of the liverock is just a shadow.. hermits will probably not get to it, most likely thing i think would be a cleaner shrimp, i've seen my cleaner shrimp munching on bristleworms on various occasions.. you can use a tweezer to get rid of it if it appears itself again, take a small flash light and tweezer and get it while it's out at night, or if you see it during the day, even easier

I dont have any cleaner shrimp yet. All I have in my tank at the moment are some hermits and snails to keep the algae under control. My tank hasnt completely cycled yet, but I will be adding some shrimp when it does.

    Thanks,
    John

I have never had any prob with bristleworms. You'll be fine. I dont think it is possible to have a reef tank without bristle worms.
