    That is a Genicanthus species and they are reef safe.

    Genicanthus are fairly expensive usually $70+ from what I have seen. They also need a large tank at least 4 to 5 feet long.

    That is a Lamark's Angel, the only true reef safe angelfish. Run about 70+, not so much rare as not often collected because of low demand. They need long tanks to swim.
