Id help please

    I have been watching this Vine looking thing grow on a rock for about a month or so and am curious to know what it is. I has leaves that kinda remind me of bubble algae. I pulled it off the rock today during some long needed routeen maintence! (been a crazy busy month and nitrate and phosphate out of wack.) 25% water change and algae scrubbing today hopefully will get back to normal soon.
    Attached is a couple of Pics I took today after i removed them from tank!

    Any sugestions are appreciated just wondering what this is and if i should be concerned!
