    so there seems to be coral in my tank, i think it's dead, it was really hard to get a good picture to for you guys because in pictures it blends in with the rock, but in person it stands out. Also there is something else that looks similar to the last thing that i needed an ID on but this one is much smaller, and the inside is showing some burgandy, these were the best pics that i could get of these two things.

    looks like sponge in first pic. Sorry, can't really make out anything in the second. Try uploading to photobucket first, the pics will be much bigger.

    ok, i wonder if i took a quick video of it and posted it on youtube, then put a link on here to it would make it easier, to id, since it was really hard to get a decent pic of it

    First was for sure a sponge and still alive, the second I cant tell zip from it....

    Maybe look and see if it has an opening in th efirst pic....I was looking at some small filter feeding clams like the small Arciidae family....
