    I have an Orange formia as well. my lfs told me if it lasts a month he has enough to eat and will last a few years (assuming nothing changes drastically in the tank) he eats algae. But the other morning I was feeding everyone and the star was waving one of his arms. So I took a chunk of frozen brine and put it near his arm. He gobbled it up! So try to feed him every once in a while otherwise don't clean a side of your tank so he has enough to eat.
