The ones that come up on google look to be super small. This guy is the size of a nickle. It could be, mabe the one in my tank is older than the ones google bring up so the shell is bigger. Are they good or bad?

This is what i found for limpet Limpet

I think it's closer to the stomatella, but i haven't seen a photo online that looks like it. Would you take it out or leave it in?

i'm not sure if you're referring to what packleader wrote..but the one i found yesterday was at least the size of a quarter..i was surprised..i remember seeing it about a month ago..it came in on a new coral..and it was only a quarter of an inch..they're harmless though if it is stomatella

HEY! I hope you're doing well tonight. Thanks for the help with ID's last night. I wanted to ask you what you would recomend doing for the coral i have that are bleached from what i think is lack of light. I have them in the correct flow and lighting based on the ID's we did. Is there anything else i can do to speed up the regeneration process?

I would recommend putting them lower in the aquarium since they are already stressed. Once you start to see them color up move them a tad bit higher until they resume their natural beauty.

I'm doing great tonight besides changing my g/f's tire :), how about yourself?

Pac's the man, every time i post a thread on here he helps me out a lot. I was referring to the hole on the top of the shell the limpet's have not the size. The one in the photo i posted dosn't have a hole in the top like Limpets do. But it could be a hole-less limpet :)
