ID Please - Red Stuff on Sand..

    Can someone ID this red stuff on my sand. It is on the side of the tank with no window light. It is easy enough to clean but I find it comes back quickly.

    Cyanobacteria, increase flow in the area and control your nitrate and phosphate better.

    if it is in an isolated area, would you pick flow ofer levels pf P4 and N2, ?
    I thought the N2 and P4 have been 0 fpr some time now, but will check again today..

    Seemes to really be this left corner, I will see about moving the Koralia or adding a new one.

    Your NO3 and PO4 levels can show zero because it is being used up by everything. Flow will help prevent it from coming back but the excess NO3 and PO4 will be used by some other nuisance.
