    Does anyone know what this is? Bad, good, should I try to culture it? It came on the frag disk but it looks like its been growing over the 2-3weeks that I've had the Ricordea. Thanks! =]

    It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    Bryopsis or turf algae, both need to be removed.

    If it's just on the that plug, you need to take it out and thoroughly scrub it off in a separate dish with some tank water that you'll discard when you're done. Do this before it spreads off that plug...
