IMO looks like a sun coral beside a blue legs hermit crab. Does it have yellow polyps that come out at night?

i would say sun coral. they have very special feeding needs. must feed at least 3-4 times a week with meaty foods. the problem is that with a 20gallon tank and the extensive feeding needs of the coral, people end up polluting their tank. shrimp and other fish will also steal the food from its polyps making it harder to feed.

not trying to be rude but why did you buy a coral without knowing what it is?

Looks like a REALLY nice sun coral frag, check them out a few hours after lights out and feed some mysis or brine shrimp from a turkey baster if the polyps are out. With mine, the more shaded they are during the day the more likely they will extend, just dont toss them somewhere that you cant easily reach for feedings.
