    Hey guys,

I tried looking but could not find a picture for this. I have these in my frag tank attached to som of my plugs, they don't come out during light on and quickly retracts when i turn the light on so getting good pictures are hard. They are quite sturdy, I've tried to pull them off with a tweezer before but it takes some effort. They are the white things on the bottom around the eggcrate any help would be great, thanks!
