I sure hope its not aiptasia, any help will be appreciated.

If it is aiptasia how would I get rid of it? It's on my toadstools rock.

Looks like it. Plenty of methods widely known. I prefer boiling water from a syringe into the mouth of the amenone...zero chemicals introduced that way. Joe's Juice is another method (Kalk paste). Lemon juice.

It is tough to tell. At first glance i would say that is aiptesia. You can inject it with boiling water, aiptesia-X, or cover the mouth with putty. I have heard that many methods work to get rid of them.

I have a syringe from some old baby Motrin. If I clean that thing out will that work with boiling water or should I buy a new one?

looks like an aiptasia to me. You can use that syringe like Todd said. The sooner you destroy it, the better.

Lemon juice and boiling water had no effect. So I took the rock out and torched them. Seemed to do the job just fine, my toadstool even has polyp extension so I must have done something right!

    Aiptasia.
I use pickling powder and make a paste (the consistency of toothpaste) then turn off flow and apply on top of it. Leave flow off for about 30 minutes. She should be all disintegrated by then.

PS: Lemon juice has never worked for me either. It only made them upset and release their "babies" out in the water column.... needless to say... it made it worse.

I have been using Aiptasia-X for a little while now with great success. One direct shot, and they are goners!
