    He came into the tank on the INSIDE of hermit I got... Granted, it was a huge hermit. I finally got him off the shell today and dropped him in this glass for the pic....

    Good, bad, indifferent?

    really no crabs are good... I would put him in a sump/fuge if you have one, or get rid of him somehow.

    Big claws are not good for a reef aquarium, though it is a very pretty crab, that as stated can be isolated, I would keep it!

    Are the claws serrated? If so its probably bad but if not it might be okay. It almost looks like a Porcelain to me.

    I agree, it is a porcelain crab, its mouth parts are an obvious clue, and would put it back in the tank, good little filter feeders.
