    Definitely a Sargassum angler (Histrio histrio). In the wild, these fish leap onto Sargassum rafts to escape predators and hop back into the water when it's safe, so this fish IS a jumper...if your tank isn't covered, do so.

    Also, those tankmates will become food someday...
