ID This Please..Maybe Neon Kenya??

at my buddys today and we started fragging stuff and i got this, but we have no idea what it is..we thought it was a neon kenya, but doesnt really look like it..

here it is in my tank..i had just put it so thats why it looks bad..




but here is the colony from my friends tank..it might not be close enough, this is all i got to help..these pics are terrible but the only ones on my phone

 

Looks like a colt coral to me.

 

Your friends tank is awesome! Would love to see more pics of it. Can't tell, with those pics, what coral you got.

 

his 150 predator


his 60 gallon cube with 2 eels, green carpet nem, pink bta, couple clowns and corals.



and his 265 custom reef..3 250 halides with reef optix bulbs and vho..he helped start reef optix lighting..um, all 3 tanks are runnnig through each other, it has two reefocto skimmers(not sure if that the right brand or name,,they are massive,,all the tanks are ran off his cell phone, even waterchanges)..roughly 45 fish(tangs, angels, clowns, wrasses, everything)..and tons of corals, 60 gallon sump and 60 gallon fuge..its a little over 500 gallons total..hes got a little over 25$k in the tank, it crashed a few years ago cuz he used the wrong silicone..but that tank has been up 7 years..the fiji leather is about 12 years old and is the size of xxlarge pizza..tomorrow ill take some pics with my good camera..

you oghta see this tank when he turns just actins, the whole tank glows awesome flourescents everywhere..

It looks like a blushing finger leather, mine looks the exact same when it is closed all up, but than again there are so many different species of it it can be hard to identify the exact one. Very easy coral, mine just keeps growing, make sure it is not placed somewhere other corals will be under it will shade them out.

 

ok thanks, yeah i told my friend it was a finger leather, and he was being hard headed, and said it was a neon kenya..but he has soooo much stuff in his 265 that he cant remember everything in there...

 

I have the same size piece sitting in my fuge that i cant GIVE away.

 

yeah its an interesting piece, mine still is saggy..so im not sure..hopefully it will perk up soon..the colony in my friends tank is pretty cool..
