Did some re-aquascaping today and noticed this guy on the sand afterward. Definitely alive and moving a little, moving its "arms." Its bluish grey and has a central larger area with two coiled wave "arms" coming off of it. About 3/8" in size coiled, and 1" if fully extended.

May be some sort of nudibranch, but not sure. Is it flat?

A nudi was my only guess too, based of those pictures. It's hard to see much...

I thought nudi too, but I can't find anything similar on nudipixel.com. It is opaque in color, with a bluish color on the main edges of it's arms. It has a "head" in the center and then the two arms come out of it on both sides. The arms are flat, but coil and have a wave and the outside edge of them is bluish. I'll see if I can get a better picture.

Coloration is very similar, but it has a central "head" and the "arms" are flat and narrow, not wide.

That's an intriguing animal. I've seen lots of blue flatworms and lots of blue nudibranchs, but none with the "horns." If you can, take it out of the tank and get some pics in a dish of water?

    Cheers,

    Don
