    For images?

    In photobucket you can go in and edit the images, reduce the size, add a frame, edit color, contrast.... it's fairly easy.

    If you're using a pc you can use IrFanview, you can get that link off FileHippo. It's easy to figure out.

    If you want something fancy I like Picasso or Paint those are easy to work with as well just more advanced.
