ideas - corals compatible in SPS set ups

    +1 If you do, however, decide to keep other types of corals, be sure that they are kept very far away from your sps corals as they tend to always lose when there is chemical warfare from lps corals. We had a pavona coral that was close to one of our sps corals and the sps suffered as a result, even though they never touched.

    As for lighting, not 100% sure with this but, I know that My frogspawn and Duncans dont mind a strong current, They would surely be some fun additions to your tank. They by far are my favorite.

    Scolymias and Acans should do well in the sandbed in your tank.

    One thing I dont know if you've heard this. I asked the LFS worker who knows quite a bit and is semi trusted by me. Why I cant keep SPS.. He said that my tank is LPS dominated which it is, and they put out some chemical coating on the rockwork... That prevents SPS from growing and ect... I still have yet to read up on this but Just thought it was a fun tidbit of info.
