Any idea's for a good tank clean up crew, and about how many creatures should I be keeping for my 40 gallon tank? Right now we have 1 skunk shrimp, 2 peppermints, and 2 turbo snails.
    Thanks!

+1 on the nassarius, those things come out of the sand like they are on fire and race around eating uneaten stuff at feeding time...my lawnmower blenny does a great job to, I also have an electric blue hermit crab but hes kinda clumsy so if you have frags they will get knocked over...the small blue leg hermits are great but youd need a bunch of them, I had 6 in my 12 gallon nano and probably coulda had ten, I wanna put 20-30 in my 46 bowfront eventually and another electric blue, some more snails too, I have a horse conch and a cowrie right now that are doing good...

trochus snails are my favorites, they can flip themselves over if they need to and they have been bulletproof for me. U can get a fire shrimp...i have 2 in my 90 with 3 cleaners, all do great together.
