Both the sailfin and the blue are going to be way too big for a 60. I wouldn't keep a sailfin and a yellow together in anything less than a 180 since they are both Zebrasoma.

Definately not, I wouldn't even have one in there unless it was a very small one.

I only have 1 yellow tang in a custom 4ftx4ft cube and feel it's not enough, so definatley 3 in a 60 or even 1 is probably not the best. Theese fish swim hundreds of miles a day in their natural environment.

Oicpeng, you should take a look at wrasses, anthias, chromis, clowns and other smaller less actively swimming varieties of fish. The tangs you have listed are all very active swimming fish. Tangs also get to be very large fish. I have seen extra large species come in at 12" long and 7" tall. This fish would have a lot of trouble moving around in a tank of your size, don't you think. For a tang to be happy. I would like to give it 5-10x its length in swimming room in length and at least 2-3x its length in width for your tank for the fishes rooms needs to be met.(use their max size for this).
I.e. for a 1' tang your tank dimensions should be roughly at least 5'x2' to provide enough room for them to swim and turn comfortably. That's my 2 cents.
