I came across this site somehow; I have never ordered off of there nor really planning to but I wish it would be legit. It has sketchy written all over it. Yeah, those sites catch my eye too, from time to time. But, they're way on the other side of the planet. Also, those fixtures may be cheap knock-offs intended to sell in lots in the hundreds. "10-$200", so, the more you buy, the cheaper the price.
You can chat live on that site. Why don't you ask the lady what guarantees they give you will receive your product?

 

600w seem like an awful lot amount of engery used for LED lights. Also 200 x 3w would cost at least $1000 to build. If it is true, it is a very good deal, although you would have to wonder about the quality.
