they say that if you do not have money prior to winning the lottery you will most likely blow through it. And I don't mean millions, just if you are living paycheck to paycheck.

I would put most away and live on the interest. They say a smart thing to do is not immediately quit your job. This makes you less likely to become reliant on the lotto money.

I would make 1 crackhead purchase that way I feel less tempted to keep blowing it on stupid things.

I heard to take 10% of your winning and just have fun...then it's easier to be responsible with the rest.

 

I don't know.... I think I would take a certain amount with which I'm living comfortable with. I don't need a mansion, I don't need all the nice cars. The rest, I would hire somebody to wisely invest it and make it grow so my family and I would be set for the rest of our lives.

 

disadvantages, all sorts of people claiming they know you would be coming out of the woodworks, you would get some crazy people trying to fraud your identity, could have someone break into your house
